Paul Dickov pleased with Federico Macheda impact

Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov praises Federico Macheda after his goalscoring debut for the club.

Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov believes that there is more to come from Federico Macheda after he scored twice in their 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest.

Macheda has joined the club on a one-month loan deal from Manchester United and Dickov was quick to praise the Italian forward.

"Macheda wanted to play football and we could offer that. He has shown his finishing today and there is more to come," the club's official Twitter feed quotes him as saying.

Doncaster visit Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship on September 28.
