Team News: Marouane Chamakh sits out with injury for Crystal Palace

Marouane Chamakh sits out Crystal Palace's meeting with Southampton due to a hamstring injury.

Marouane Chamakh has failed to fully recover from a hamstring injury to be named in the Crystal Palace squad to face Southampton.

The striker picked up the injury against Swansea City last weekend and his absences hand a start in attack to Glenn Murray.

Dean Moxey and Jason Puncheon also make their respective returns to the team, while Thomas Ince is forced to drop to the bench for the hosts.

Southampton's manager Mauricio Pochettino makes just one change to his side, with Nathaniel Clyne replacing Calum Chambers.

Palace: Speroni; Ward, Dann, Delaney, Moxey; Dikgacoi, Jedinak, Ledley; Puncheon, Bolasie, Murray

Southampton: Boruc; Clyne, Fonte, Lovren, Shaw; Cork, Schneiderlin, S. Davis; Lallana, Rodriguez, Lambert
