Bayer Leverkusen director of sport Rudi Voller says that it is "totally normal" for there to be enquiries for winger Andre Schurrle.

Bids for Andre Schurrle are "totally normal" and would be considered, Bayer Leverkusen director of sport Rudi Voller has said.

Schurrle, 22, has attracted heavy interest from Chelsea in the past and Leverkusen are believed to have turned down a bid of around £21m from the Blues last summer.

Fresh reports this week speculated that the Stamford Bridge side could again come in for the forward, with a swap-plus-cash deal including Kevin de Bruyne touted.

"It's totally normal for there to be enquiries for such a great player, even from London, and that's part of the business," Bild quotes Voller as saying.

Schurrle has scored nine goals in 28 league appearances this season.
