Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly preparing a bid for Chelsea forward Daniel Sturridge.
The 22-year-old is said to be considering his future at Stamford Bridge following the appointment of Roberto Di Matteo as the Blues' full-time manager.
Spurs are expected to name Andre Villas-Boas as their new boss within 24 hours and the Portuguese, who was sacked by Chelsea in March, is a big fan of Sturridge.
Tottenham are willing to offer their London rivals £10m for the player's signature, according to The Metro.
Sturridge featured 30 times in all competitions under Villas-Boas at Chelsea, scoring 11 goals.
