Chelsea will reportedly attempt to replace Eden Hazard with Paris Saint-Germain's Edinson Cavani if the Belgian forward leaves for Real Madrid in the summer.
The Blues are expected to be given the green light to make signings ahead of next season, despite the threat of a two-window transfer ban by FIFA.
Chelsea's biggest priority is bringing in a replacement for Hazard, who has been strongly tipped to fulfil his "dream" of joining Madrid.
Cavani is the latest high-profile name to be linked with the Premier League side, with Le 10 Sport reporting that Chelsea will reinvest the £100m+ from Hazard's sale to land the PSG hotshot.
The Uruguay international, who has scored 133 goals in 181 appearances since joining the Parisians, is said to be tempted by a move to English football following spells in Italy and France.
