Chelsea have reportedly added Blaise Matuidi to their shortlist of summer transfer targets.
There have been suggestions that the Blues will be in the market for at least one midfielder, having allowed Ramires to switch to the Chinese Super League last month.
According to L'Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain's Matuidi has captured the attention of Chelsea's scouting team over recent months.
However, the report adds that the France international is particularly attached to his current employers and it would be difficult to convince him to leave the club.
The 28-year-old joined the Parisians from Saint-Etienne in 2011 for around £5m.
