Branislav Ivanovic is expected to ignore reported interest from Bayern Munich to sign a new contract at Chelsea.
The Bundesliga giants and Champions League semi-finalists are thought to be considering a swoop for the defender, whose current Stamford Bridge deal expires in 2016.
Ivanovic, 31, is yet to agree terms on the one-year extension offered to him by the Blues as he feels that his consistent performances over his seven years at the club warrant him parity with Chelsea's top earners.
However, The Express claims that the Serbian and his family are settled in London and would be reluctant to move. Jose Mourinho is also eager to keep Ivanovic, having described him as one of the club's best ever signings.
The right-back has won one Premier League title, the Champions League, the League Cup, three FA Cups and scored the winner in the 2012–13 Europa League final since joining Chelsea from Lokomotiv Moscow for £9.5m in 2008.
