Chelsea attacker Hakim Ziyech is reportedly considering his future at Stamford Bridge.
The 27-year-old only joined the Blues from Ajax last year but has struggled to make his mark during the 2020-21 campaign, contributing just two goals and four assists in 19 appearances in all competitions.
The Morocco international has not featured in Chelsea's last three Premier League games, meanwhile, having seemingly fallen down the pecking order since Thomas Tuchel's arrival as head coach.
A recent report claimed that AC Milan and Juventus are both keeping a close eye on Ziyech's future amid suggestions that he is unsettled in London.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Moroccan is unhappy with his current situation and could ask to leave the club this summer if the situation does not change in the coming months.
Ziyech, who penned a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge upon his arrival, scored 48 goals and registered 82 assists in 165 appearances for Ajax between 2016 and 2020.
