West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke has admitted that he is unsure whether he will be able to keep on-loan Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku beyond January.
The 19-year-old striker has impressed for the Baggies since joining in the summer, scoring two goals in five games.
However, he is expected to return to the Blues in January and Clarke has revealed that the Belgian's future is out of his hands.
"What happens in January happens in January. That's no concern of mine at this present time. Romelu has been a good substitute for us and he has been patient and every now and then you have to give him a chance to play," he told Sky Sports News.
West Brom currently sit eighth in the Premier League table.
