Chelsea are reportedly putting together a club-record bid for Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho as the Blues attempt to beat a number of their rivals to a move.
The 19-year-old has had his fair share of disciplinary problems at BVB this season but has continued to produce on the field, scoring 12 times and contributing 13 assists in 24 appearances in all competitions.
Manchester United and Liverpool are both reportedly desperate to sign the teenager, while Manchester City are also believed to be interested in bringing the England international back to the club.
However, according to The Sun, Chelsea are working on a £120m deal for the youngster, with the Blues now being regarded as the favourites to secure his signature.
The report claims that Frank Lampard's team could even close a deal in January before loaning Sancho back to title hopefuls Dortmund for the remainder of the 2019-20 campaign.
Chelsea, who are also expected to move for a new forward next month, are free to conduct business in the winter window having had their transfer suspension reduced on appeal.
