The former England Under-21 international has moved to Griffin Park on a four-year contract after being unable to cement a place in Jose Mourinho's first-team plans.
The 22-year-old managed to feature in 22 games for the Blues, including 11 appearances in the Champions League.
McEachran has also spent time out on loan at Swansea City, Middlesbrough and Vitesse.
