Chelsea captain John Terry reserves praise for Andre Schurrle, Eden Hazard

John Terry singles out Eden Hazard and Andre Schurrle for praise following Chelsea's impressive start to the season.

Chelsea captain John Terry has claimed that Andre Schurrle and Eden Hazard have made key contributions in the team's impressive start to the new season.

Terry admits that producing solid defensive displays has been a crucial factor for Jose Mourinho's side, but he was keen to single out the work of two attacking players when reflecting on their recent form.

"We have had a few clean sheets on the bounce, defensively we have been doing very well, not just the back four, but it's also people like Eden, Andre coming back and able to go forward as well," the former England defender told reporters.

"There are so many good teams and individuals in the League, we are going to concede goals.

"The important thing going forward is we have goals in us – as long as we're not conceding too many."

Chelsea are currently five points clear at the top of the Premier League.
