Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle is confident that Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas will spend his long-term future with the Blues, despite speculation over his position at Stamford Bridge.
The former Premier League champions have dropped out of the top four in the table and the club's hopes of staying in the Champions League are hanging by a thread after losing 3-1 to Napoli on Tuesday.
Despite Chelsea's disappointing run, Coyle believes that Villas-Boas is the right man to turn around their fortunes.
"Anybody can have dips in form or have little bits of luck go against them," said Coyle. "People are talking about Chelsea's results, but if you watched them against Manchester United when they led 3-0 [before drawing 3-3], I don't think people were questioning anything about that.
"Everyone has an opinion in football and that is why we love it. But I'm pretty sure Andre in the short term will address things and, in the long term, there is no doubt he will bring success to Chelsea as far as I am concerned."
Bolton go up against Chelsea on Saturday.
