Cesar Azpilicueta: 'We'll win Europa League'

Cesar Azpilicueta says that Chelsea will win the Europa League after being knocked out of the Champions League on Wednesday.

Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta has insisted that his side will win the Europa League this season.

The Blues were dumped out of the Champions League on Wednesday to become the first-ever competition holders to get knocked out in the group stages, despite thumping Nordsjaelland 6-1 at Stamford Bridge.

The Premier League outfit will now join the knockout stages of the Europa League, and Azpilicueta is certain that his team can win the tournament.

"It's true that it is not the Champions League but it's a big trophy in Europe. Everyone wants to win and we need to keep our ambition to win this trophy," said Azpilicueta.

"We are qualified for this tournament so we are going to win games and going to win the trophy."

Chelsea travel to Sunderland on Saturday.
