Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean is currently travelling to India for talks with the club's owners.
The Scottish boss is due to meet co-owner Anuradha Desai in Pune on Wednesday afternoon to discuss plans for Rovers, who were recently relegated to the Championship.
A large number of the club's supporters have voiced their displeasure at Kean's management.
However, reports have claimed that the 44-year-old will be given the opportunity to manage Rovers again next season.
Kean's trip has come as video footage emerged last night that appears to show him taking the credit for the development of Phil Jones, while also making negative remarks about former Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce.
