Lee Clark pleased despite Norwich City fightback

Birmingham City manager Lee Clark insists that he was pleased with his side's performance, despite conceding a two-goal lead in their 2-2 draw with Norwich City.

Birmingham City manager Lee Clark has insisted that his side were "excellent" despite conceding a two goal lead in their 2-2 draw with Norwich City on Saturday.

Cameron Jerome scored twice in three minutes against his old club to help Norwich earn a point in the match at Carrow Road.

Clark told reporters: "They [Norwich] have got so much quality. When you see the talent that's on the pitch for them, I thought my team were excellent.

"Obviously, we're disappointed we've conceded a two goal lead, but we've kicked on after that, weathered the storm, and regrouped well.

"We were unfortunate not to win the game with Clayton Donaldson's attempt at the end."

Birmingham welcome Fulham to St Andrew's in their next Championship game.
