Franck Ribery is confident that Bayern Munich will have no problem in coping with the number of matches they have to play this month.

Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery has insisted that his side can cope with the number of matches they have to play in the coming weeks.

The Bavarian giants will take on Schalke, Wolfsburg, Arsenal, Werder Bremen and Borussia Dortmund between now and the end of the month.

"I actually like it when we play a lot of games," he told Bild. "I missed the 'English weeks'. This is more fun than training. It's about time things kick off again.

"Bayern have a strong team and we are used to this rhythm. I even think that we are better when we play a game every three days.

"The important thing is that we start this period on a high. We must beat Schalke and Wolfsburg."

Bayern are currently 12 points clear at the top of the Bundesliga.
