Arjen Robben has insisted that he will take all of the necessary precautions as he bids to return from a troublesome groin problem.
The Bayern Munich attacker is facing at least four weeks on the sidelines with a groin injury that he picked up while on international duty with Netherlands during the recent break.
It had been thought that Robben would step up his recovery next week, but the 31-year-old has vowed to take things slow in a bid to return to full fitness.
"Of course, you always want to get fit as fast as possible, but the most important thing now is to get fit without any risks. Because if I come back, I want to play until the end of the season," Robben told reporters.
Robben only made 21 Bundesliga appearances last season due to injury, but still managed 17 goals.
