Diego Simeone has insisted that he is not concerned about Antoine Griezmann's commitment to Atletico Madrid, amid growing interest from La Liga rivals Barcelona.
Los Rojiblancos are understood to have reported Barca to football governing body FIFA earlier this week due to an alleged illegal approach for the France international.
Barca director Guillermo Amor recently hinted that president Josep Maria Bartomeu had already met with Griezmann's family to help smooth out a switch between the two clubs.
Despite Manchester United also holding a long-standing interest, Simeone insists that the 26-year-old's state of mind cannot be questioned.
"The board is managing it in the best way, looking for what is best for the club," he told reporters. "I am very happy with Antoine. I base my thoughts on what I see and I see that he is very involved and committed.
"Because of his [hamstring] injury, he faced Alaves the other day without being 100%. He is doing well with his team-mates and he is a fundamental player for us. These are all positives. I trust Griezmann and I believe in him. The best is yet to come."
Griezmann has five goals in 13 La Liga outings this season, with one more game - against Espanyol on Friday evening - to come before the international break,
