Toronto's Sebastian Giovinco rules out Barcelona move

Sebastian Giovinco rubbishes reports that he may join Barcelona by saying that he would not get a game at the Camp Nou.

Toronto attacker Sebastian Giovinco has dismissed speculation that he could move to Barcelona during next month's transfer window.

The Italian international's agent recently claimed that the European champions had watched his client in action following a campaign in which he scored 22 MLS goals.

However, with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar already at the Camp Nou, the 28-year-old has admitted that his playing time in Catalonia would be limited.

"Me to Barca? With the three greatest forwards in history [there], it would be impossible to play," he told TodoMercadoWeb.

Giovinco joined his Canadian employers from Juventus in January of this year.
