Barcelona youngster Alen Halilovic is reportedly closing in on a loan move to Hamburger SV.
The 19-year-old joined the Spanish giants last year from Dinamo Zagreb but made just one appearance for their first team.
The club have since confirmed that they will send him out on loan this season to gain experience and help his development.
According to the Hamburger Morgenpost, Bundesliga outfit Hamburg are interested in taking the Croatian on loan, but they have not yet agreed to Barcelona's terms.
It is believed that the La Liga champions want Halilovic to play in at least 60% of their matches, with Hamburg having to pay a fee of €2.4m (£1.7m) if the deal is broken.
Halilovic has won seven caps for Croatia and made his international debut at the age of 16.
