Luis Enrique: 'Injuries no excuses for Bayern Munich'

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique says that Bayern Munich "have a powerful and big enough squad" to cope with their injury problems.

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has claimed that Bayern Munich 'have a big enough squad' to cope with their injury problems.

Bayern arrived at Camp Nou for the first leg of their Champions League semi-final on Wednesday without the likes of Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben and David Alaba.

However, Enrique believes that the German side have enough quality to deal with their problems off the park.

"Bayern have a powerful and big enough squad not to notice the players who are out and they'll be just as dangerous whoever they put on the field," Enrique told reporters.

The second leg will take place in Germany next Tuesday.
