Aston Villa manager Alex McLeish has reportedly informed Richard Dunne that he won't be rushed back into action following two months out through injury.
The 32-year-old defender has been unavailable for the Midlands side after suffering a fractured collarbone during the Villains' 1-0 defeat to Manchester City.
It is believed that the Scottish boss has told Dunne to be patient, despite the Republic of Ireland international being keen to return in order to prove his fitness ahead of Euro 2012, according to The Express.
Villa have five games left until the close of the Premier League season.
