Jernade Meade has reportedly agreed a contract with Premier League side Swansea City.
The 20-year-old has been a free agent since the start of the month following his release from Arsenal.
Despite having spent time with Belgian side Club Brugge earlier in the summer, the full-back has recently been training with Swansea.
He has done enough during that stint to impress manager Michael Laudrup, who has offered Meade a one-year deal with the option of a further 12 months, according to Sky Sports News.
The defender made two appearances for the Gunners last season.
