It was claimed on Wednesday that the La Liga side were in talks to sign the 28-year-old Spaniard.
"We have no news of Cazorla," Cerezo is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "They are inventions that occur every day."
Cazorla joined Arsenal from Malaga last summer for around £12m.
