Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly keen to part ways with five first-team players during the next transfer window.
Despite the Gunners being ranked as outsiders for Champions League qualification, the Premier League outfit continue to be linked with a number of high-profile additions.
However, Arteta is aware that he must sell several squad members if he wishes to stamp his own mark on his squad.
According to The Mirror, the Spaniard has identified five players who he would be prepared to make available before the start of the next campaign.
Shkodran Mustafi, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Sead Kolasinac appear most likely to be pushed towards the exit door, while money could also be raised from the departures of Mohamed Elneny and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Should he not pen a new contract, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may also be included on that shortlist.
