Arsenal have reportedly been priced out of a move for Roma attacker Cengiz Under.
Under, who has six goals and eight assists in 23 appearances in all competitions for Roma this season, is contracted to his Italian club until the end of the 2021-22 campaign.
The 21-year-old's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent months, however, with a number of European clubs linked with a move for the talented winger.
According to The Mirror, Arsenal were confident of signing Under after Chelsea and Bayern Munich dropped their interest last week.
However, the report claims that the Gunners failed with an initial £35m bid for the Turkey international and are not prepared to raise their offer to the £45m which Roma feel that Under is worth.
Unai Emery's side booked their spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 3-0 win at Blackpool on Saturday evening.
