Arsene Wenger "very disappointed" with draw

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger describes himself as "very disappointed" following his side's 3-3 draw away at Liverpool.

Arsene Wenger has conceded that he was left "very disappointed" by the fact that his side were unable to claim maximum points from their trip to Anfield this evening.

Having twice been behind, the travelling Gunners looked to have won the contest thanks to Olivier Giroud's 55th-minute intervention.

However, Liverpool secured a 3-3 draw thanks to Joe Allen, who found the back of the net in the 90th minute.

Speaking to BT Sport, the Gunners boss said: "I'm very disappointed but, overall, I cannot fault the effort and commitment of the team.

"We had a difficult start. At 3-2, we should have made it 4-2 and didn't make the right decision in final third."

Despite the dropped points, Arsenal remain top of the Premier League on goal difference from Leicester City.
