Wenger to replace Blanc for France?

Arsene Wenger is at the top of a list of candidates to succeed France coach Laurent Blanc after Euro 2012.

Arsene Wenger has reportedly been targeted by the French Football Federation to succeed Laurent Blanc as manager of the national team after Euro 2012.

Blanc's contract is due to expire after the tournament in Poland and the Ukraine.

FFF chief Noel La Graet has put the Arsenal boss at the top of his list of candidates, according to Journal du dimanche.

Wenger could be tempted with a move away from the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season after recent discontent from fans over the direction of the club.
