AC Milan to allow Andre Silva loan move?

AC Milan reportedly decide that they are willing to allow forward Andre Silva - an alleged target of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Monaco - to spend a year out on loan.

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Monaco have reportedly been handed a boost in their pursuit of AC Milan forward Andre Silva.

Last summer, Silva penned a long-term contract at San Siro but the Portugal international endured a poor first campaign at the club, scoring just twice from seven starts and 17 substitute outings in Serie A.

Wolves have been frequently linked with a move for the 22-year-old - with Monaco coming into contention more recently - and according to Calciomercato, Milan are willing to send Silva out on loan for a year.

At the end of last month, AC Milan were removed from the Europa League due to issues regarding Financial Fair Play, meaning that the club will now need to make cutbacks and will require fewer players due to only participating in domestic competitions.

Silva still has four years remaining on his deal, leaving open the possibility of a loan switch to the Premier League or Ligue 1 suiting all parties.
