Sinisa Mihajlovic has praised the performance that M'Baye Niang produced during AC Milan's 4-1 win over Sampdoria last night.
The former France youth international scored twice and assisted another goal as his side moved up to fifth in the Serie A standings.
Speaking to reporters after the final whistle, head coach Mihajlovic said of the 20-year-old's contribution: "Niang picked up an injury in pre-season when he was one of the best performers.
"He is now getting back to full fitness, but his performances are not a surprise. He is simply showing once more what he is capable of."
Niang joined Milan from Caen in the summer of 2012 for an undisclosed fee.
