Phil Taylor has won the Players Championship Finals, defeating Kim Huybrechts 13-6 in Minehead.
Taylor, who had earlier recorded an 11-2 victory over Simon Whitlock in the semi-finals, averaged 103.57 to win his third Players Championship title.
Huybrechts took an early 2-0 lead in the final before Taylor won three legs in a row to take a 3-2 lead at the first break.
The 27-year-old Belgian continued to keep pace with his more illustrious opponent to level at 6-6.
However, Taylor began to take advantage of a poor few legs from Huybrechts to win six legs in a row before he sealed the win on double 20.
