Unbeaten boxer Anthony Joshua has insinuated that a fight with American veteran Tony Thompson could be on the cards.
Joshua, 25, is unbeaten as a heavyweight since turning professional after winning super heavyweight gold at the London 2012 Olympics. He has 10 knockouts from 10 fights.
He is set to fight on April 4 at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle but an opponent has not yet been named.
I like the idea of boxing Tony Thompson in the near future. Be a great statement. I ALWAYS! Forward these offers across to my coach.

Joshua took to Twitter to say that he would love to fight Thompson and that the idea should be passed on to his coach.
Thompson, 43, has won 40 fights, 27 via knockout, and lost just five. He has faced David Price and Wladimir Klitschko in the past and is the current WBC Continental Americas heavyweight champion.
