Logan Mankins: "It's going to be a big change"

New England Patriots guard Logan Mankins reveals that it will take some adjustment to get used to life without offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia.

New England Patriots guard Logan Mankins has admitted that life will be a lot different for him at the club without offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia.

Scarnecchia retired from coaching after 30 years with the Patriots and was replaced by Dave DeGugliemo, and Mankins believes that will take some time to adjust to.

He told reporters: "It's going to be a big change. I was lucky enough to have him for nine seasons and wish it could have continued. He put in his time and earned the right to retire.

"The last time I talked to him, he's enjoying life right now and staying busy. It will be a lot different; that's the only O-line coach I've known for quite a while now."

Mankins has been with the Patriots since the 2005 season.
