Rob Gronkowski: 'I'm not 100% yet'

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski admits that he is not yet "100%" following knee ligament surgery.

Rob Gronkowski has admitted that he is not yet 100% healthy after undergoing surgery to repair two knee ligaments.

The New England Patriots tight end tore his ACL and MCL in November last year, but is believed to be on schedule to return for the first game of the 2014 NFL season.

The 25-year-old told NFL.com: "If I was 100%, I would be doing every single thing. No, I'm not 100%, obviously not. I'm working my way to get to that, and working every single day to get to that and improving every single day.

"I ain't changing [playing style] one bit. I'm gonna go full speed when I'm out there, and I'm gonna keep smashing and dashing everything I do."

Gronkowski has been limited at the start of the team's training camp, taking part in individual drill and wearing a knee brace.
