Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas has stated his desire to break league records during the upcoming 2015 campaign.
Thomas recently penned a new deal with the franchise, putting him amongst the highest earners for his position in the NFL.
With a contract signed, Thomas recognises that he must deliver on the wages he is being paid, but insists that he can reward the Broncos with a year that will go down in history.
The wideout told The Denver Post: "I want to lead the league in yards, touchdowns, basically about everything a receiver can do.
"Actually, I kind of want to break the NFL record in yards. There's big plays to be made in this offense.
"I probably could have done it last year, if the first few games weren't bad."
Detroit Lions star Calvin Johnson currently owns the regular season receiving record for his haul of 1,964 yards in 2012.
Thomas' personal best is a total of 1,619 yards, which he accumulated during last season.
