Roberto Mancini reportedly wants a £15m-a-year contract in order to return to the Premier League.
The 52-year-old is currently in charge of Russian outfit Zenit St Petersburg, but is said to be keen on a return to England, having spent four years at Manchester City between 2009 and 2013.
West Ham United and Leicester City were both recently linked with the Italian, but according to The Sun, Mancini's wage demands priced him out of a return to English football.
The same report claims that Mancini is requesting that the club in question provides 10 private jet flights to Italy, in addition to 52 business-class flights during each season.
Mancini, who won the Premier League title during his time at the Etihad Stadium, started his managerial career with Fiorentina in 2011, and has since been in charge of Lazio, Inter Milan, Man City, Galatasaray and Zenit St Petersburg.
