West Ham United pair Winston Reid, Sam Byram 'to miss rest of the season'

West Ham United defenders Winston Reid and Sam Byram will reportedly miss the rest of the season with injuries.

West Ham United defenders Winston Reid and Sam Byram are reportedly expected to be on the sidelines for the rest of the season.

Reid suffered knee ligament damage less than half an hour into the Hammers' 4-1 defeat to Swansea City at the weekend.

Byram, who has been plagued by injuries this season, lasted a bit longer, but was eventually taken off in the 63rd minute with an ankle injury.

According to the London Evening Standard, neither player will feature again this season, which could hamper the club's Premier League survival campaign.

As it stands, David Moyes's team sit three points above the relegation zone.
