Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made an £11m bid for Brazilian prospect Oscar.
The 20-year-old's club Internacional value him at £20m, but the player is said to be keen to negotiate with the Premier League outfit.
New Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has a significant transfer kitty to invest on new players, and has already brought in Gylfi Sigurdsson to bolster his midfield.
Villas-Boas is also planning to make approaches for Lyon goalkeeper Hugo Lloris and Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho, the Daily Mail reports.
Meanwhile, Spurs are expected to lose Luka Modric this summer, and are considering offloading Rafael van der Vaart.
