Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly placed Manchester City midfielder Gareth Barry on their transfer wishlist.
The England international's future at the Etihad Stadium is currently uncertain following the midfielder's claims that he will speak to the new manager, believed to be Manuel Pellegrini, when he is officially appointed.
If City are willing to part ways with Barry, Spurs will lodge a £4m bid for the player, who has been eyed as a replacement for Scott Parker, according to The Express.
Meanwhile, reports have claimed that Spurs could receive an £85m bid from Real Madrid for Gareth Bale.
