How Paris Saint-Germain could line up against Saint-Etienne

Ahead of the Ligue 1 game between Saint-Etienne and Paris Saint-Germain, Sports Mole looks at how Thomas Tuchel's side could line up on Sunday evening.

Paris Saint-Germain make the trip to face Saint-Etienne looking to further strengthen their position at the top of the Ligue 1 standings.

Thomas Tuchel's side have not produced their best form in their last two league outings, but the defending champions remain with a 10-point lead over second-placed Lyon.

PSG warmed up for this encounter with an impressive 2-0 victory away at Manchester United in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.

Tuchel could make changes to his starting lineup this weekend, and here Sports Mole looks at how PSG could line up at Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.

Edinson Cavani sustained a hip injury last weekend, and the Uruguay international is likely to remain sidelined for Sunday's game.

Thomas Meunier will also be absent as he continues his recovery from concussion, while Neymar is not expected to return from a foot injury until the end of March.

PSG have three league games in the space of eight days, and that will likely lead to Tuchel making at least a couple of alterations to his starting lineup this weekend.

January arrival Leandro Paredes could be provided with a recall in midfield, with Marco Verratti having played twice in the space of three days after returning from injury.

Moussa Diaby may also feature on the left flank, with either Julian Draxler or Angel Di Maria beginning the fixture among the replacements.
