John Carver talks up players' commitment following win over Hull City

Newcastle United boss John Carver talks up the commitment of his players following the club's 3-0 away win over Hull City in the Premier League.

Newcastle United boss John Carver has talked up the commitment of his players following their 3-0 victory away at Hull City in the Premier League.

Travelling United cemented three comfortable points following goals from Remy Cabella, Sammy Ameobi and Yoan Gouffran, with Carver suggesting that the team are now focusing on a "15-game season".

"I want this job and we have all re-focused on what is really a 15-game season," Carver told reporters after the win at the KC Stadium.

"We are getting players back from injury and they have all got to compete and get in the team. Everybody's re-focused because they know I am now the head coach and I hope we are going to go forward."

Newcastle currently hold 11th spot in the league table, with 30 points from 23 games so far this season.
