Antonio Rosati replaces the suspended Morgan de Sanctis for Napoli in goal for their Serie A clash against Cagliari.

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has drafted in goalkeeper Antonio Rosati in his side's starting lineup for their home game against Cagliari in Serie A.

Regular first-choice custodian Morgan de Sanctis is suspended, so Rosati gets a rare start this afternoon.

Edinson Cavani continues in attack for the home side and will be supported by Goran Pandev and Marek Hamsik from attacking midfield.

Napoli: Rosati; Gamberini, Cannavaro, Britos; Maggio, Behrami, Dzemaili, Hamsik, Zuniga; Pandev, Cavani

Cagliari: Agazzi; Perico, Rossettini, Astori, Murru; Dessena, Nainggolan, Ekdal; Thiago Ribeiro, Nene, Ibarbo
