Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly ready to battle Manchester United for the signature of Monaco forward Wissam Ben Yedder during this summer's transfer window.
The 29-year-old scored 19 times and registered nine assists in 31 appearances for his principality club during the 2019-20 campaign and is allegedly keen to move on ahead of next season.
According to France Football, United are interested in a summer deal for the Frenchman, although Arsenal and Liverpool are both keeping a close eye on developments.
The report claims that Monaco could be prepared to sell the centre-forward for €45m (£40m) despite the fact that he has a contract with the Ligue 1 side until June 2024.
Ben Yedder was a prolific scorer at Sevilla, netting 70 times in 138 appearances in all competitions before arriving at Stade Louis II last summer.
United have extended Odion Ighalo's loan deal at the club until January 2021 but are still seemingly looking for a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who joined Inter Milan ahead of the current season.
