Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes has reportedly been left increasingly frustrated by Manchester United's efforts to sign him this month.
Despite having allegedly agreed personal terms with the Premier League giants, Fernandes remains with Sporting as a result of the two clubs failing to agree a fee.
United are said to be £8m short of Sporting's asking price, although the board at the English outfit do not intend on meeting Sporting's demands.
According to The Times, Fernandes has been left frustrated with United's lack of willingness to push harder for his services.
The playmaker faces the prospect of seeing out the campaign at Sporting, even though his Portuguese side need to improve their financial situation as soon as possible.
