Holders Manchester City have been drawn to face Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-finals.

On Sunday afternoon, Chelsea withstood a two-goal comeback from Championship side Leicester City to prevail by a 4-2 scoreline at Stamford Bridge.

However, the reward for Mauricio Pochettino's side is a last-four showdown at Wembley Stadium with the 2023 winners.

The two teams will lock horns with their two Premier League fixtures this season having ended in draws, with a 4-4 thriller occurring at Stamford Bridge before City netted late to claim a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium in February.

Meanwhile, Manchester United will go up against Coventry City in the other semi-final having earned a remarkable 4-3 win against Liverpool later on Sunday.

United led during the early stages before finding themselves 2-1 down in normal time and 3-2 adrift in extra time, only for Marcus Rashford and a 121st-minute winner from Amad Diallo to secure one of the most notable triumphs of their campaign thus far.

Coventry are competing in their first semi-final since 1986-87 - the year that they last won the competition - courtesy of their equally-astonishing 3-2 comeback success at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

The respective ties will be played on April 20 and April 21 respectively, although Coventry City's Championship fixture against Hull City on April 23 may dictate that the Sky Blues face United in the first contest.

Furthermore, Man City face Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie on April 17, with their obvious preference being the April 21 date.
