Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner has played down comparisons made to Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp by Terriers supporters.
Wagner, who replaced Chris Powell in charge of Huddersfield in November, has guided the Championship side to seven points out of a possible nine since Christmas.
The 44-year-old was assistant to Klopp at Borussia Dortmund, and Huddersfield supporters yesterday chanted 'David Wagner is better than Klopp' during the 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers.
"I think the fans are in euphoria because seven points in this busy period was good," Wagner told reporters after the match.
"If you are euphoric then sometimes you say something you normally don't say."
Huddersfield's improved recent form has seen them move seven points clear of the Championship's relegation zone.
