Leicester City and Newcastle United are reportedly set to do battle for Torino defender Lorenzo De Silvestri this summer.
The 30-year-old is a first-team regular at the Italian outfit, making 39 appearances across all competitions this season as Torino finished ninth in the Serie A table.
De Silvestri's performances have reportedly drawn interest from the Premier League, with Tutto Mercato reporting that Leicester and Newcastle are both interested in his signature.
Both clubs are understood to have sent scouts to watch the defender this season and are now ready to begin talks with Torino over a possible deal.
Torino are reluctant to lose the full-back, but the player himself is thought to be open to a move to the Premier League.
