How Juventus could line up against Brescia

Sports Mole looks at how Juventus could line up for Tuesday's Serie A clash with Brescia at the Stadio Mario Rigamonti.

Juventus visit newly-promoted Brescia on Tuesday off the back of a 2-1 win over Hellas Verona last time out.

Maurizio Sarri made several changes to his side as they returned to Serie A action following their 2-2 draw with Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.

The Bianconeri threw away a two-goal advantage that night, but remain unbeaten in all competitions as they prepare to take on Brescia away from home and extend that run.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Juventus could line up for Tuesday's showdown.

Doubtful: None

Sarri fielded a number of squad players in the win last time out, presumably resting a number of regular starters following their exploits in Florence and then Madrid. Gianluigi Buffon made his second debut for the club, while Merih Demiral, Paulo Dybala and Aaron Ramsey also received valuable minutes.

However, the former Chelsea boss is likely to restore the majority of those rested players to the starting lineup against newly-promoted Brescia on Tuesday.

Wojciech Szczesny should replace Buffon between the sticks, while Matthijs de Ligt will hope to be recalled alongside Leonardo Bonucci despite a sluggish start to life in Italy. Alex Sandro and Danilo will continue at full-back, given Juve's current lack of options there.

In midfield, Miralem Pjanic will likely take his usual place as the 'regista' ahead of Rodrigo Bentancur, although Ramsey may feel confident of keeping his spot alongside ever-present Blaise Matuidi after his first goal for the club, with Sami Khedira potentially missing out. The Welshman's quality in the final third may be necessary against a Brescia side that are difficult to break down.

In attack, Cristiano Ronaldo will undoubtedly feature on the left of the front three, while Juan Cuadrado is likely to continue on the opposite flank. However, Dybala is expected to drop to the bench, with compatriot Gonzalo Higuain replacing him as the central striker.
