Australian goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer is one of a number of players to leave Fulham this summer.

A statement on Fulham's official website has confirmed that Australian goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer will leave the club this summer.

The 40-year-old, who turned down the offer of a new contract last month, joined the London outfit from Middlesbrough in 2008.

The veteran, who also has 106 caps for Australia, is not expected to hang up his gloves, however, with a number of clubs reported to be interested in his services.

Chris Baird, Giorgos Karagounis, Mladen Petric, Simon Davies and Csaba Somogyi have also left the Premier League team.
